Activities in the Children’s Area will begin at 4:00 as the Children’s Bike Parade travels to the Honda of Decatur Children’s Tent and Stage and then Garrius Owens entertains the crowd prior to the awards.  See the schedule for all of the activities available for your enjoyment.  The Children’s Tent and Stage activities will conclude at 7:00 so that families may attend the 2012 Miss Point Mallard Pageant and Spirit of America Awards Show..  Important Note: Though there is no admission fee for the  Spirit of America Festival, a few activities in the Children’s Area, such as inflatables and certain crafts, will require the purchase of tickets at a nominal cost.  The ticket purchase helps to defray the cost of inflatable rentals and supplies,  and enables the Festival Committee to continue to offer the entire festival free of  charge.
